Terms of Use

These terms govern access to The Dollar Quest, participation in the one-dollar mission, public participant profiles and related Open Farm Mission content.

Last updated: 2026-07-15
Participation is not an investment. It does not provide ownership, equity, tokens, profit sharing or any promise of financial return.
01

About the project

The Dollar Quest is a public participation project connected with the Open Farm Mission by M-Agro. Its principle is one person, exactly one US dollar and one permanent participant number.

The project documents a real working farm, crop trials, field decisions and related public information. The website is provided for participation, information and community engagement.

02

Eligibility and acceptance

By using the website or submitting a participation payment, you confirm that you can lawfully enter into these terms in your jurisdiction. Where local law requires parental or guardian consent, you must obtain it before participating.

03

One-person participation rule

Each individual may participate once. The intended amount is exactly one US dollar. Attempts to participate repeatedly, distort statistics or obtain multiple permanent numbers may be rejected, consolidated or marked as duplicate.

Only successfully confirmed payments count toward public progress and qualify for a permanent participant number.

04

Participant numbers and public pages

Permanent participant numbers are normally assigned chronologically after confirmation. A participant number is a project identifier, not proof of ownership, membership in a legal entity or entitlement to a financial benefit.

Public participant pages may display the participant number, rank title, joining date, referral count and a non-personal public support identifier. Email addresses and payment details are not intended for public display.

05

Payments, processor fees and refunds

Payments may be processed by Donorbox and its payment-processing partners. Their own terms, privacy policies and technical rules may also apply.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by the project operator, confirmed participation payments are generally final because they immediately affect public progress, participant numbering and project records. Processor fees or currency conversion may be handled separately by third-party providers.

06

No guaranteed outcome

The project does not guarantee that one million participants will be reached by a particular date, that any specific equipment will be purchased, or that a particular feature, milestone or outcome will occur exactly as described.

Public plans, milestones and presentation features may be adjusted as the project develops. M-Agro's ongoing public farming activity is not conditional on reaching a particular participant count.

07

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • bypass the one-person participation limit;
  • use bots, scripts or automated systems to create false activity;
  • interfere with website security, payments, participant numbering or public statistics;
  • submit false, misleading or unlawfully obtained information;
  • scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the website in a misleading way;
  • use the project, participant pages or referral system for fraud, harassment or unlawful activity.
08

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, The Dollar Quest and M-Agro branding, original text, design, photographs, participant-card designs, databases and project presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

A participant may share links and generated participant cards for personal, non-misleading promotion of the mission. No broader licence is granted without written permission.

09

Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to Donorbox, payment processors, hosting services, analytics tools, QR-code services, social networks and other third parties. The project operator does not control every third-party service and is not responsible for their independent availability or policies.

10

Availability and changes

The website may be updated, suspended, restricted or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, operational or technical reasons. Features and content may change without prior notice.

11

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No warranty is made that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that limitation, the project operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, third-party services or inability to access a participant page.

12

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are intended to operate under applicable Lithuanian and European Union law, without removing any mandatory consumer rights that apply in a participant’s country. Disputes should first be raised through the project contact page so a practical resolution can be attempted.

13

Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised when the project, law or service providers change. The current version and update date will be published on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
